Thunder Bolt CO-ED Health & Fitness is NOT a "hard-core" muscle gym. It's
not a "slick" fitness spa. Thunder Bolt Health & Fitness is a Health Club for
EVERYONE - beginner or veteran, aerobic and anaerobic. We are a "user
friendly" club with Personalized training programs, as well as complete
exercise orientation, and personal assistance is available seven days a
week.
Thunder Bolt Health and Fitness was established in 1992, and since then
has been your local source for sound fitness management over the last 16
years. While other health clubs have opened, closed, reopened and closed
again, changing ownership over and over; Thunder Bolt CO-ED Health &
Fitness has consistently been part of the White Lake community, providing
Whitehall, Montague and surrounding communities with a user-friendly club
